Considered one of the Caribbean’s most popular luxury family travel getaways, Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa takes things to another level with the opening of SPLASH at Seafire. Designed for children of all ages and abilities, SPLASH encourages children to discover and engage in new adventures in an imagination-sparking environment.

Not only do the water features offer entertaining features, but they also provide an educational aspect, teaching kids about cause and effect in cascading basins, the basins creating an infinite variety of water paths. Children can touch “fossilized” representations of leaf patterns imprinted onto toddler-sized concrete seating and try to match the fossil patterns to the corresponding tree.
“SPLASH is a major addition to Seafire’s already robust selection of kid-friendly amenities,” said Steven Andre, general manager, Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa. “The new waterpark is designed to give our young guests a fun, fully interactive experience that they’ll never forget.”

SPLASH also features Dance Chimes, a grid of nine musical tiles allowing kids to connect movement with sound as they hop and dance. A big boulder also found within the park invites kids to gently tap it to see it move.
Surrounded by Grand Cayman’s local flora, SPLASH incorporates these plants throughout the park. For birthdays, Kimpton Seafire offers several SPLASH packages, featuring arts and crafts, party games, themed birthday cakes and use of the Splash Pad for two hours.
