Yogis receive lessons in pranayama, meditation, asanas and cleanses during 50 hours of theory; 25 hours of assignments; and 25 hours of self study and individual practice.

Even if you already have a meditation app on your phone, the mix of yoga nidra, chakra and trataka meditation bring peace and calm to this learning experience. The retreat is based in expert education and understanding of the mind and body, so guests receive a deeper understanding and appreciation of the science behind yoga and meditation.
Each yoga-centric package through Soneva includes transfers between Bangkok and Soneva Kiri with the resort’s private Cessna aircraft.
