Families visiting Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa can live out their mermaid dreams at classes with Mindful Mermaid Academy. The program offers several poolside classes customized for guests of all ages. Kids can learn how to swim with their own mermaid tail while teens and adults focus on more creative and advanced swimming techniques. Guests aged 4–7 will have one-on-one lessons with their mermaid instructor during a 45-minute Mini Mermaid Class. Kids aged 8 and up have the chance to swim while learning facts about the ocean in their Beginner Mermaid Class. Teens and young adults learn how to take the ultimate underwater mermaid selfie in the Social Media Mermaid class.
