Families come in all shapes and sizes, and they all deserve to enjoy some much-needed vacation time. Single parents do it all. They are mom and dad, chauffeur, provider, cheerleader, and role model — the list goes on and on. When it comes to taking a family vacation, there is a lot involved that can overwhelm two parents, let alone one, so Sea Breeze Beach House in Barbados created a package designed just for single-parent families to have the amazing vacation they deserve.
This resort is all-inclusive, which means all you have to worry about is paying one bill and getting you and your family there. Everything you need for a great vacation is in one place. As a single parent, you get the one thing you probably eludes you most: time to actually relax.
The single parent package is available to book until Aug. 31, and good for stays Sept. 1–Oct. 31. In addition to all the conveniences of an all-inclusive resort, as well as access to the beach and the resort’s multiple pools, Sea Breeze’s kids club and teen lounge, the package includes a snack pack for kids upon arrival, a beach bag, a bottle of bubbly for the parent, two hours of complimentary babysitting and a $50 spa credit. The offer is good for single parents traveling with one or two children ages 5–15 (children under 5 are free).
The resort, on the white sands of Maxwell Beach, lies on the southern coast of Barbados. It’s only 15 minutes from the airport by car, and if you book four nights or more directly through the website, your stay will include one transport to or from the airport.
