Plan summer family travel to Sonoma County, California’s, The Sea Ranch Lodge. Set along 53 acres of coastline in Sonoma County, the resort recently revealed its summer 2024 Kids Club programming. The season kicks off June 24 and runs through August.
The third annual Kids Club Summer Session features six different one-week programs designed for kids ages 3–12, covering a range of educational topics.
Art (June 24–28)
The season begins with art week. Local artists host workshops across a variety of mediums, from woodworking to poetry.

Architecture (July 8–12)
Participate in architecture-related activities in the area with visits to popular spots including Point Arena Lighthouse and Mendocino Stone Zone.
Play (July 15–19)
This week’s focus is good old-fashioned play time. Build friendships while participating in activities like swimming, relay races, golf, tag and beach time.
Ocean (July 22–26)
Learn all about the local coastal ecosystem, from field trips to bird watching.

Nature’s Theater (July 29–Aug. 2)
Explore the outdoors through a unique theatrical arts program. Participants take part in site visits, serving as inspiration to create their own puppets which they will use to perform a puppet show at the end of the session.
Science (Aug. 5–9)
Each day during science week is dedicated to a different field: chemistry, physics, biology, computer science and earth science.
Sessions run Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–2 p.m. and cost $575 per week.
