Coastside Farmers Market
The award-winning farmers market makes its 2022 season debut April 2. The market boasts local produce and goods 9 a.m.–1 p.m. on Saturdays through Dec. 17.
New Retail Offerings
New dining and shopping outposts are coming to Half Moon Bay. Keith’s Chicken-N-Waffles will open soon. The restaurant will serve its signature fried chicken and waffles for breakfast and lunch, alongside other comfort food classics. Roman-style pizza shop Panificio is set to debut this spring. The pizzeria highlights Roman traditions with local ingredients. Visit the newly opened Alma & Bee. The boutique offers jewelry, clothing and beauty items made with eco-ethical practices by U.S. artisans, mostly in California.
Upcoming events
Make it Main Street is a free, family-friendly series. Taking place April 7–Nov. 3, on first Thursdays, the event features a rotating lineup of musicians, artists and storytellers spanning five blocks of Main Street.
Coastal Wildflower Day takes place on Earth Day, April 24. The free event features local artists, activities for the whole family, guided walks, plant sales, live music and dance performances, informative booths and food trucks.
New for 2022, Half Moon Bay Wine & Jazz Fest features wine from more than 50 California wineries along Main Street. Food is available to purchase from local restaurants while listening to Bay Area jazz musicians perform live. Advance general admission tickets cost $75, or spend $100 if you buy your ticket at the door. The event takes place May 15, 12–4 p.m.
