We missed a lot in the chaos of 2020 — from public spaces with the kids and close encounters with friends to international travel and new domestic hotel openings.
Right some wrongs and put these two hotels on your must-visit travel list:
Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Rooftop Chicago
Located in the heart of Chicago’s business-meets-pleasure hub of the West Loop, Nobu Hotel Chicago opened with a brand-new Nobu Restaurant on Oct. 1, 2020. As the first Nobu location in the Midwest, guests can expect the same upscale amenities and experiences that the acclaimed hospitality name has earned accolades for around the world. Choose from one of 115 rooms and suites, including such highlights as floor-to-ceiling windows and in-room soaking tubs. Work up an appetite swimming in the tranquility pool and order room service from Nobu Restaurant or venture to the Rooftop.

Quirk Hotel Charlottesville
The first boutique art hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia, the Quirk Hotel Charlottesville is opening a new clientele up to the city’s historic downtown. Guests can expect vintage touches amid a chic stay, with 80 rooms, an in-house art gallery and incredible location. Pay a visit to the street-facing farm homes for added amenities, including Bobboo, a barrel-aged spirits bar opening this spring, and the Quirk Cafe. For an elevated dining experience after a day on the Blue Ridge Mountain trails, head up to the rooftop bar for city views or down to The Pink Grouse for some swanky style and lounge-like comforts.
