Your kids can see if they have what it takes, or brush up on some home-grown skills during a few workshops. Let the kids try their hands at dessert with the Art of Desserts class, or start with the basics during a Chef Skills lesson. The kids can prepare a full meal, start to finish, and walk away with a new appreciation for dinner time and a slew of new skills.
The Kids Chef Week package begins at $1,599 per night, per child, and includes a three-night stay and all culinary experiences. Each additional child is another $499.
For something that incorporates your summer locale, the Sand, Sea & Stars package is great for your little astronomers and artists. Available July 28–31 and Aug.11–15, your family has two chances to experience the best of the surf, sand and sky.
The kids can learn all about stars with their own night-sky map, supplied by a resort astronomer. It’s no beach vacation without some time in the sand, and this package definitely allots for sand play. The kids can get down and dirty making sandcastles with a handy kit, provided by the resort, or hit the open water on their new boogie board. They can also keep their feet planted in the sand with shore fishing, or run around playing beach games. Let them wind down with some kid’s painting lessons, spread out over the three-day package.
The package begins at $799 per night and includes all the amenities and complimentary kids dining throughout the three-night stay.
Enjoy the tranquility of the island mixed with the famously luxurious amenities and services of The Ritz-Carlton. You’ll have your own fun vacation away with the kids nearby learning, playing and getting the most out of resort.
