Kimpton Hotels & Resorts announced an exclusive partnership with Micro Kickboard to offer children’s kick scooters at properties around the United States. Kimpton is the first major hotel brand to offer a program of this kind. The Kimpton-designed scooters are an extension of the brand’s bike loaning amenity.
The Kimpton X Micro Kickboard scooters boast a custom design and color scheme, developed by Kimpton’s in-house design team. Two sizes — Mini Deluxe for children 2–5 and Maxi Deluxe for kids 5–12 — and toddler- and youth-sized helmets are available complimentary.

The participating hotels also offer tips for nearby places ideal for travelers to scoot around and see the sights, with a 20 percent off Kimpton X Micro Kickboard discount rate also on offer.
