Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort Debuts Family Suites, Kids’ Club

Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort on Florida’s Gulf Coast just got better for family travelers with its new dedicated spaces for teens, children and families, as well as new residential-style accommodations for larger groups. All of these additions can be found within the resort’s Building Eva.

Building Eva spans 22 guestrooms and suites, combining the privacy and comforts of home with the amenities and services of Four Seasons. Suites range from one- to three-bedroom layouts, complete with open living and dining spaces, generous kitchens and islands, and massive terraces extending the living space outdoors. Many suites also overlook The Gardens, a Tom Fazio-designed golf course opening in early 2027.

These suites are perfectly designed for families, multigen groups and extended stays.

Also within Building Eva is new FINS Club (Fun in Naples Sunshine) and Teen Centre. As part of the resort’s Kids for All Seasons programming, FIN’s Club is a playful and immersive space, complimentary for guests aged 4–12. Programming at FINS draws from Southwest Florida’s coastal ecosystem, from marine life education to environmental stewardship. The club also offers an arts-and-crafts space, stage with a curtain, communal lounge seating and daily activities. Signature programs, meanwhile, include Okay Hoya Explorers, where children learn about sea life, ocean habitat and sustainability.

For teens, new Teen Centre is a laid-back space to unwind, with computer stations, a library of games and books, and beanbag seating.

These additions join existing family amenities at the resort, including Sunset Pool, complete with shallow areas for splashing and zero-entry access; a personalized welcome gift upon arrival for children; in-room amenities; and cribs, night lights and playpens upon request. Children’s menus are also available across the resort, and children under 5 eat free.

And at the center of the resort is Market Square, a social gathering for guests full of dining, shopping, entertainment and wellness. The square’s newest addition is The Wager, a sports-centric gastropub.
