The Urban Cowboy hospitality brand is no stranger to making city-adjacent stays feel a little more country. The newest addition to the roster, The Chalet, goes a rustic-chic step further at The Urban Cowboy property in the Catskills, New York.
The new mountain escape, nestled on some 68 acres of Big Indian Wilderness within 700,000 acres of Catskills Park, debuted in March 2020, and is ready to truly wow guests with its high-style designs and luxury accommodations deep in the woods.

In addition to the cabin’s insanely chic layout (we cannot stress this aspect enough), the location is everything for outdoor adventurers. A five-minute drive from Belleayre Mountain, guests of the lodge can enjoy exclusive access to the ski slopes nearly anytime they wish. Check out the mountain’s 171 skiable acres, 50 trails, two parks and eight lifts, covering a variety of expertise levels and experiences.
