Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa Celebrates 25th Anniversary, Transformation

Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa is celebrating its 25^th anniversary with the completion of a five-month transformation, introducing a dramatically revitalized lobby, a refreshed Helmsman Kitchen & Bar, updates to all 285 guestrooms, and an expanded fitness center.

DiLeonardo, the design firm behind the project, found inspiration in the maritime traditions of the area. Guided by a concept called “Cultivated Craftsmanship,” the new interiors boast rich colors, natural textures, handcrafted details and locally inspired artwork.

The hotel’s two-story lobby saw the most significant transformation with new furnishings, deep blues and emerald greens, coral-rust tones, walnut and gold finishes, and soft velvet and woven fabrics. Guestrooms continue the visual narrative.

Helmsman Kitchen & Bar, the hotel’s 100-seat signature restaurant, now features a palette of walnut, nautical blue and merlot, paired with woven textures, brass details, warm lighting and handcrafted woodwork. Flexible seating accommodates multiple configurations. Helmsman boasts a modern land-and-sea menu rooted in local flavors alongside an expansive, local-to-legendary wine program.

Cerulean Beauty & Spa offers a relaxation lounge; infrared sauna; aromatic steam rooms; indoor pool; 10 treatment rooms, including two duo rooms; beauty and nail services; a retail boutique; and newly launched Cerulean Skincare, its exclusive line of results-driven products designed to support healthy, radiant skin.

The hotel’s amenities also include an expanded 24-hour fitness center, an on-site Starbucks and complimentary self-parking.

For meetings and special occasions, the hotel’s indoor and outdoor venues include two ballrooms, nine breakout rooms, a patio, and private event opportunities at Helmsman Kitchen & Bar.

To celebrate its 25th anniversary and new look, Mystic Marriott offers The $25 Mystic Getaway, including a $25 dining credit at Helmsman Kitchen & Bar, a $25 credit at Cerulean Beauty & Spa’s retail boutique, a $25 credit toward early check-in or late check-out, $25 toward a local adventure, and 25 percent off a second night when booking a two-night stay at least 25 days in advance.
