Chauffeured car and luxury hired car and limousine service Blacklane teams up with national charity service Miracle Flights to take some much-needed stress off a family’s shoulders.
Miracle Flights is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing free air transportation to families and children in need of medical assistance throughout the United States. Miracle Flights has flown more than 126,000 charitable flights for medical treatments and appointments in its 30-year history. This new ground and air transfer collaboration offers even more stress-free transport options for families in need.

Blacklane is bringing Miracle Flights families free chauffeured, round-trip airport transfers in 71 U.S. cities. This nationwide service offers families in need Blacklane SUVs complete with family-friendly services. Miracle Flights families will ride in style with professional chauffeurs, who even go so far as to track the flight schedule in order to meet and greet families upon arrival, carry luggage and assist with medical equipment.
“Critical illness often requires the difficulty of long-distance travel. During such a journey, we want to provide children and their families an oasis of calm, allowing them to reclaim their time and space while on the road. They can feel special, relax and reduce their stress as much as possible. Eight years ago, Blacklane was built to make a difference in the world. This initiative is wonderful, touching proof of it, and the global Blacklane crew is thankful to take part,” said Dr. Jens Wohltorf, CEO and co-founder, Blacklane, in a press release.
Blacklane will provide families in need with 50 free rides each month. The service is coordinated through the nonprofit upon medical flight booking.
“For more than 30 years, Miracle Flights has eased the financial strain of travel for families in medical crisis by providing free plane tickets to treatment cities around the country,” said Mark E. Brown, CEO, Miracle Flights in a statement. “Blacklane’s generous partnership allows us to extend our support of these families after they’ve reached the ground and alleviate another stress of travel.”
Blacklane is an upgrade for any family travel, with professional drivers bringing travelers door to door with a focus on luxury and safety. The services are available across more than 500 airports in 300 cities and 60 countries.
