LEGOLAND New York Resort debuted its first Brick-or-Treat, a not-so-scary Halloween party built for kids! The event runs Saturdays and Sundays in October, 3–6 p.m., transforming each of the park’s seven LEGO-themed lands into family-friendly Halloween havens.
Halloween characters like Count de Bricks, Madame Purplepeak, Zappo the Mummy and Monster Mac greet guests — and those guests 12 and under can show off their awesome costumes at Brick Street Stage. Judges will select a winner in each of the following categories: Most LEGO Themed, Spookiest, Most Imaginative and Funny. One lucky costumed park-goer will be awarded Best of the Best, and kids can visit six trick-or-treating stations along two dedicated paths.
“Like all our rides and attractions, Brick-or-Treat is built for kids ages two through 12. Instead of big scares, we want families to enjoy a safe, fun, and memorable Halloween holiday,” said Stephanie Johnson, divisional director, LEGOLAND New York Resort. “Autumn is the best time to take in the beauty of the Hudson Valley, and after spending a day with us dressed up in costume, families can keep the festive fun going by booking a Halloween sleepover at LEGOLAND® Hotel.”
Families can also experience the park’s top rides and attractions. The nearby LEGOLAND New York Hotel will also be decorated for Halloween and will feature special entertainment.

United flyers are sure to notice these enhancements from the moment they step on board: Each new or updated plane sports remodeled seats, seatback entertainment screens for everyone, Bluetooth connectivity and more, all adding up to a better experience on every journey.
