Teens

Family travel to Los Angeles is always packed with kid-friendly adventures like Disneyland and adult-themed fun like wine-tasting and world-class shopping, but what about teens? Thankfully, Los Angeles puts out the welcome mat for teens with fun, tech-friendly activities right up their alley.

Two Bit Circus

Start off with Two Bit Circus, a tech-heavy venue billed as the “World’s First Micro-Amusement Park”. There is something for everyone with classic arcade and midway games, interactive VR games, an interactive laughter-powered stage show and even a chance to perform virtual surgery at Dr. Botcher’s Minute Medical School. One of the most thrilling experiences is the Hyperdeck, a four-player VR combat game complete with a tilting floor and weather elements. There is also plenty of carnival fare to keep your energy up while you explore the fun and games at the “circus.”

Continue the VR fun at Dreamscape, the virtual reality venue at Century City’s Westfield Mall. Don a headset and immerse yourself in a VR world where you can explore an alien zoo, help save the universe as an MIB agent, or reunite a family of whales in an underwater adventure. After working up an appetite exploring the VR universe, teens can grab a meal at one of the mall’s delicious eateries, like Shake Shack, and enjoy a unique, sweet treat from Mochinut.
