Chasing Rabbits, a unique entertainment venue for family travelers, is now open in Vail, Colorado. Located within Vail Village at Solaris Plaza, the venue offers travelers numerous experiences under one roof, including dining outlets, a cinema, a speakeasy, library lounge and arcade.
The space was created by Solaris Group, a boutique development firm, and Rockwell Group, an architecture and design firm.
“We are thrilled to bring the ultimate Après Ski and nightlife destination to Vail. Chasing Rabbits offers an approachable destination for the entire family after a day on the slopes, or a trendy dinner and nightlife venue for those who are looking for a delightful distraction of bespoke experiences for dining, sipping, and playing,” said Marcus Cascio, director of hospitality, Solaris Group.
Chasing Rabbits consists of four spaces: The Restaurant, The Library, Rabbit Hole and Moon Rabbit. Each room evokes a different experience through its design. The Restaurant boasts a menu with Mediterranean influences alongside cocktails utilizing spirits from Greece, Sicily and Sardinia. The Library is a quirky lounge with a food and drink menu.
Guests enter Moon Rabbit through a secret panelized door, which leads guests through a series of hallways before arriving at a speakeasy-style bar. Rabbit Hole is a game room, club and screening room inspired by a 1980s arcade.
Additional programming includes live jazz performances, Bingo nights, comedy shows and other special events.
