Guests may arrange a mountain picnic with the concierge team for a more secluded dining option. For oenophiles, the Martel Summer Wine Course takes place on Sept. 1 with a sampling of wines.
Young guests can visit the hotel’s Kids’ Club, with a special visit from the Gstaad Palace mascot, Sammy the Dog. Enjoy movie screenings and bouncy castle access throughout the summer. The club hosts special events including a family scavenger hunt and the eighth annual Kids Grand Prix.
Celebrate Switzerland’s 732nd birthday and Swiss National Day with a four-course meal and fireworks on Aug. 1.
