Family travelers to Scottsdale, Arizona, can enjoy new culinary delights at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, now home to the latest restaurant from celebrity chef and restaurateur Richard Blais. Tiki Taka highlights flavors from Japanese and Spanish cultures with ingredients from the Southwest. The décor in the 138-seat eatery finds inspiration in Spanish landmarks and Japanese izakayas, boasting communal tables, vibrant neons and digital art.
Menu items include Cold Dishes, such as Hamachi pizza, crispy soft shell crab escabeche and tartina; Pintxos & Yakitori, offering octopus, beef bacon-wrapped dates and pork belly; Hot Dishes, like chorizo gyoza and spot prawns; Sushi, with the Tiki Taka roll of red crab and blue fin yellow tail; and Sweet Tapas, featuring mango ube kakigori, mochi and more.

Blais can currently be seen alongside Gordon Ramsay on FOX’s Next Level Chef. He partners with Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort on all the property’s food and beverage concepts.
