The eight-day Family Rhine River Cruise brings families through ports in Germany, France and the Netherlands, with family-friendly excursions incorporated throughout the journey. Excursions include a canoe trip on the Rhine, geocaching in Heidelberg and an optional educational visit to Anne Frank House in Amsterdam. This itinerary also brings guests to several historic castles and fortresses along the Rhine. This journey departs July 17. Fares start at $2,771 per person for a family of four.
Also spanning eight days, the Family Danube River Cruise departs from Budapest, Hungary, on July 15, and ventures west along the Danube River, passing through Slovakia, Austria, and Germany. In Budapest, families can visit AM 3D Gallery, a unique museum where guests can pose and interact with art. In Bratislava, guests can take part in a cooking class on a local Slovakian farm. Other activities include a geocaching outing in Passau and an archery lesson at Schallaburg Castle in Austria. This trip can be booked for a family of four starting at $2,546 per person.

In between stops and excursions, kids aged 10–18 can enjoy onboard activities like pool games with the ship’s wellness coach, wheelhouse tours with the captain, kid-friendly movies in the ship’s cinema, cooking demonstrations with the ship’s chef and even mocktail lessons with the bar team. Breakfast and lunch buffets offer many kid-friendly choices alongside adult favorites, with afternoon snacks and poolside ice cream served daily.
