The Planet Classroom Network launched its programming schedule with 28 cultural organizations committed to global programming, organized by CMRubinWorld. Season one will include six months of learning content on YouTube for youth by youth.
The spring programming will highlight Global Stewardship, Indigenous Voices, Celebrating the Identity Spectrum, Keeping Creativity Alive and Prescriptions for Global Unity. “Orb” will be the virtual guide and host through the Planet Classroom podcasts. Youth around the world will appear and share their passions, ideas and solutions for the future. The programming will feature creators from more than 50 countries, with more than 150 films, dance, music, video games, art videos and workshops, all created for youth or by youth.
The Planet Classroom Network brings together musicians, dancers, video game creators, filmmakers, learning innovators and emerging technologists worldwide to entertain, educate and engage the world’s youth. Curators and content contributors include Global Nomads, Commffest, Dream a Dream Foundation, Pyson Games, Creative Visions Foundation, SIMA Classroom, Taking It Global, Ryan Wong Classroom, Voice America and more.
