Hersheypark Christmas Candylane and Hershey Sweet Lights Open Daily

Hersheypark Christmas Candylane is open daily through Jan. 2 (closed on Christmas Day), and is a very merry event in The Sweetest Place on Earth. Families will enjoy millions of lights, rides, limited-edition sweet treats, Santa and more.

 

More than 5 million lights bedeck Hersheypark, including the NOEL light show choreographed to music. There are also light shows to check out on the Kisses Fountain, Canydmonium hypercoaster and the Ferris Wheel.

 

Rides are also open for Christmas Candylane, weather permitting. Get your family’s adrenaline rushing this holiday season on Candymonium, sooperdooperLooper, Wild Mouse, Wildcat and Cocoa Cruiser coasters. Laff Trakk, an indoor coaster, decorated for the holidays with a large Christmas tree.

 

For the 25th year, Rudolph and his friends make a special stop at Hersheypark, offering an up-close look at nine live reindeer in Santa’s Reindeer Stables. TREEville Trail offers a strolling holiday adventure experience in The Boardwalk at Hersheypark with more than 12 uniquely decorated trees. There’s also meet and greets and photo opportunities.

 

Hershey Sweet Lights presented by T-Mobile is a drive-through attraction with two miles of fields and wooden trails decorated with nearly 600 illuminated and animated displays.

United Continues Its Global Expansion

United Airlines keeps soaring to new heights, recently announcing another expansion of its leading global route network. The airline added new non-stop flights between Newark (EWR) and Marrakesh (RAK), Morocco; Tokyo (NRT) and Cebu (CEB), Philippines; and Houston (IAH) and Medellin (MDE), Colombia. That’s not all: United also plans to increase flights to popular worldwide destinations including Hong Kong (HKG); Seoul (INC), South Korea; and Porto (OPO), Portugal. Following the recent agreement to increase flights between the U.S. and Chinese governments, the airline now adds four weekly flights from Los Angeles (LAX) to Shanghai (PVG).
