Walk the Burgh Holiday Lights Tour
Beginning Black Friday and lasting until New Year’s Day, this tour puts all in the holiday spirit. Learn about the history of the city, discover beautiful squares and architecture, and glimpse festive, holiday lights and decorations.
Pittsburgh Botanic Garden Dazzling Nights
Spanning 65 acres, this immersive light experience at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden runs Nov. 24, 2023–Jan. 1, 2024. Seasonal beverages and holiday-inspired bites are available, too.

Pittsburgh has no shortage of light shows this season, and at this show, more than one million twinkling lights wow visitors. Enjoy holiday-themed food and drinks, as well as the tallest Christmas tree in the state. Don’t forget to enjoy select rides, seasonal entertainment and a visit with Santa. The show runs Nov. 24, 2023–Jan. 1, 2024.
Marking its 25th year, this free tour (Dec. 9–10) allows shoppers to sample fresh, homemade cookies while finding the perfect gifts for the holiday season. Be sure to hop on the event trolley as it stops throughout Lawrenceville and Penn Avenue.

The Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium becomes a winter wonderland, and for those more sensitive to the cold, you don’t even have to leave your car! Look at more than 100 animal lights on this drive-thru experience, including new displays, festival music and holiday treats. Tickets go on sale Nov. 6.
