The tour has a suggested itinerary with stops in Vietnam’s Hanoi, Lan Ha Bay, Ho Chi Minh City and Mui Ne before heading to Siem Reap in Cambodia. Along the way there are activities like kid-friendly museums, shopping, an overnight stay on a junk boat in Lan Ha Bay, speed boat rides, a visit to an elephant sanctuary, scavenger hunts and zip lining over a jungle canopy in Cambodia. Each destination offers plenty of options to choose from so you get to make the trip unique to your family’s experience and guarantee everyone gets to do something they are excited about.
One of the things Inside Asia’s tours do best when it comes to families (besides giving you plenty of family-centric options to choose from) is allow for free time. This downtime is essential to keeping the experience from being exhausting and overwhelming instead of fun and exciting — in other words, happy kids instead of cranky kids!
