We think it’s a fair statement to say family travelers prefer calm airports, but sometimes more hectic airports are unavoidable. It’s best to be prepared and family travelers now can be with a new study from casinoofthekings.ca. The online gaming company recently analyzed airline reports, airport statistics and customer review platforms to determine the Most Chaotic U.S. Airports in 2025.
Some of the data reviewed includes average daily delays and cancellations, passenger satisfaction scores and mishandled baggage claims. Each airport was assigned a composite score based on these factors, with higher scores indicating greater levels of operational disruption and travel inefficiency.
“With delays, cancellations, and mishandled baggage affecting millions of travelers each year, it’s clear that improvements are necessary to ensure a smoother and more predictable travel experience. By addressing these operational challenges, airports can better meet passenger expectations, reduce frustration, and ultimately restore trust in air travel. Otherwise, these airports risk losing passengers, who may opt for alternatives at the first opportunity,” said a company spokesperson.
The survey says these are the 10 Most Chaotic U.S. Airports:
- Tampa International Airport
- Newark Liberty International Airport
- Orlando International Airport
- Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
- John F. Kennedy International Airport
- Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International
- O’Hare International Airport
- Harry Reid International Airport
- Logan International Airport
- Miami International Airport
