Ever wished you could live in a Disney park permanently? Love the magic pervading the Magic Kingdom? A new Disney project brings that magical feeling to a new-build neighborhood called Cotino, the first Storyliving by Disney community.
Located near Palm Springs, Cotino will include single-family homes available for purchase to all ages, with a portion of the community set aside for seniors. Each home features design inspiration from Walt Disney Imagineering, with aesthetics highlighting the area’s natural beauty. The community will also have access to an Artisan Club offering Disney-esque amenities, such as a club house designed to look like the Parr home from Disney’s Incredibles 2, a waterfront with water sports and Disney-inspired activities.
The first phase of the community will include more than 300 homes and multiple parks.
“The Cotino community will celebrate everything Walt Disney loved about this valley — stunning landscape, rich history, friendly neighbors and a rejuvenating spirit — all while adding extra touches of magic only Disney can deliver. We can’t wait for residents to experience this special place where they will be inspired to live their very best lives,” said Claire Bilby, senior vice president and general manager, Disney Signature Experiences Emerging Businesses.
