Visit Panama City Beach prepares to welcome winter residents, family travelers and visitors this season with fun festivities, like a New Year’s Eve Beach Ball Drop and a Winter Resident Senior Prom. Of course, there’s also the 27 miles of white-sand beaches and turquoise waters.

- Tuesday, Dec. 31: New Year’s Eve Beach Ball Drop at 4 p.m. at Pier Park Drive & Aaron Bessant Park
- Friday, Jan. 10: Winter Resident Appreciation Day, 8–10:30 a.m. at Boardwalk Beach Hotel & Convention Center
- Monday, Jan. 13: Homecoming Dance and Social, 4–9 p.m. at Boardwalk Beach Hotel & Convention Center
- Friday, Feb. 7: Winter Resident Appreciation Day, 8–10:30 a.m. at Boardwalk Beach Hotel & Convention Center
- Monday, Feb.10: Winter Resident Senior Prom, 4–9 p.m. at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort
- Friday, Feb. 14–Saturday, Feb. 15: Panama City Beach Mardi Gras & Music Festival at 3:45 p.m. at Pier Park Drive
- Tuesday, Feb.18: Winter Resident Appreciation Day, 8–10:30 a.m. at Boardwalk Beach Hotel & Convention Center
