Aspens Turning Gold
Take in the changing colors of Colorado’s Aspen trees with this package made for two, including deluxe accommodations and lunch to go for a day out and about. There’s also a map included of the hotel’s favorite drives for spotting the changing leaves. The boxed lunch boasts fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies, a fruit cup, two bottled waters, a bag of chips and choice of sandwich. Through Oct. 15, book online; rates start at $239 per night.
Golden Family
Family time is the focus with this offer for the fall and holiday season. Families booking a reservation for two days or more will receive 15 percent off their booking, Nov. 1–Dec. 30. Call 303 325 3995 to reserve.
Colorado Guided Fishing
This package for two will teach guests to fly fish with experts from Golden Fly Shop. The offer includes tackle, waders, boots and lunch, as well as accommodations and a $50 voucher to Table Mountain Grill & Cantina. Through Dec. 31, there’s a full-day and half-day option. Learn more.
Speaking of Table Mountain Grill & Cantina, the restaurant is embracing fall with new menus debuting Oct. 1. New menu items include pork adovado with butternut squash arepas, cabbage, pineapple salsa and lime; or Rocky Mountain trout with vegetarian pozole, asparagus and apple fennel slaw.
