After a six-year renovation, Rosemead House, formerly known as Old English Inn, welcomes visitors again in spring 2025. This historic landmark takes travelers on a luxe escape into the past. Originally built in 1906 as a private residence, this property is now restored and features period-appropriate antiques, as well as subtle nods to Netflix’s hit show, The Crown. Parents and fans of the show can spot royal touches around the property. Rumor has it, the new owner is also planning to install replicas of the show’s Buckingham Palace gates.
Craigarrocch Castle used to house one of the richest men in Western Canada, Scottish coal baron Robert Dunsmuir. Through self-guided tours, guests are invited to take a look at this relic of the past and explore the stunning symbol of wealth. The castle features intricate stained glass, impressive woodwork and antique furnishings.
