KSL Resorts announced new summer activities and attractions at its seven domestic properties — perfect for family travel this season.
Enjoy four- or six-day all-inclusive family camps in July, offered July 3–6 or July 3–8. Each family receives its own private, fully equipped canvas tent, including access to outdoor activities like ziplining, hiking, fishing and more. There’s also Basic and Deluxe Glamping options, and Overnight Summer Adventure Camp for kids 10–15, and Day Camp for kids aged 5–15.
A new waterslide at Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark and the new Mountain Mayhem at Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark will definitely delight families. Sky Flyers, 4,000-foot ziplines, also debuted in time for summer thrills.
The resort’s equestrian center reopened in time for scenic summer horseback riding for beginners and experts. Young guests can stop by the Equestrian Center at designated feeding times to help feed the animals and receive a special note from one of the equines on property.
Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa
Vacationing families will love the new Desert Glow Entertainment, offering activities for all ages like an escape room, duck bowling, virtual reality areas and other family-centric games. Other nearby adventures for the family include canyon Jeep tours and The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens.
Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina
A new water taxi is a fun way for the family to travel from the resort to nearby Broadway Pier, or the clan can explore the waterfront in new train-car-like electric carts offering rides around Harbor Island.
Perhaps better suited to older family members, take in the sports and fitness activities at this Napa Valley resort, like bocce courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, golf courses, more than 30 offered fitness classes and more.
Bring your four-legged family members to the resort’s Pismo Pup Club, where dogs enjoy a dog-friendly beach, a branded dog tag and unlimited access to Pismo Pup Toys during their visit.
