Panamá City is a great place to start. The historic city offers travelers an array of activities, including cultural attractions, museums, eclectic restaurants, charming shops, historical landmarks and sprawling parks. Nature sanctuary Metropolitan Natural Park is located in the heart of Panamá City and home to hundreds of various animal species.

 

Explore the Chiriquí province, located in western Panamá. The Chiriquí Highlands is known for its gastronomy, culture and adventure travel. Visit the white-sand beaches and large coral reefs of the Gulf of Chiriquí. The protected waters of Gulf of Chiriquí Marine National Park offer prime whale- and dolphin-viewing opportunities. Humpback whale migration takes place June–October. Hiking, kayaking and snorkeling are also available.

United Continues Its Global Expansion

United Airlines keeps soaring to new heights, recently announcing another expansion of its leading global route network.
