Just in time for college visits and back-to-school family travel, Graduate Hotels announced its latest property will open in Princeton, New Jersey, in June. Graduate Princeton will mark the 34th property in the Graduate Hotels portfolio.
Located steps away from Princeton University on popular Nassau Street, Graduate Princeton is a hybrid adaptive reuse/new-build project, restoring a former student dormitory built in 1918. The property will feature 180 guestrooms, a community-focused food and beverage outlet, and two-story library lounge.
“We’ve had our eyes on Princeton since the very beginning. This historic, idyllic town is the perfect backdrop for a Graduate,” said Ben Weprin, founder and CEO, Graduate Hotels. “Our approach with this adaptive reuse project was to emulate as many of the original details as possible, and pay homage to the incredible heritage of the place with interesting and subtle design details – like our custom lamps inspired by revolutionary-war era cannons that were found buried behind the University’s Nassau Hall. The walls of this building are bursting with history, and soon our guests will be able to experience that for themselves.”
Graduate Princeton is currently accepting reservations in anticipation of its June debut.
