Whether visiting from out of town or a local to Springfield, Missouri; or looking for a unique kids’ birthday party experience, the new Private Overnight offer is perfect for explorers curious to see what happens at the aquarium after the lights go out.

Perfect for friend groups, families, birthday parties, team-building events and more, guests can grab their sleeping bags and enjoy a one-of-a-kind evening under the aquarium’s roof with live animal encounters and moonlight tours. Themed Ocean Exploration groups are given the chance to learn the anatomy of a squid, meet with stingrays and invertebrates at the touch tanks, learn the difference of day and night behavior of their favorite marine and wildlife animals, explore the grounds on a scavenger hunt, and watch movies in the aquarium.

The Private Overnight package has a 15-person minimum for guests ages 5 and up. The experience also includes a pizza party, popcorn, continental breakfast, special activities, access to WOW Museum and Aquarium, a drawstring backpack and a Fun Patch.
