Stephanie Makowski is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College with a double major in philosophy and studio art with a concentration in photography. She also studied at the International Center of Photography and enjoyed building her portfolio with shots from her travels. After working in corporate sales in the hotel industry and four years with a multimedia newspaper company, she joined the Global Traveler team in 2018. She values the process and the clients she works with. She loves to learn more about the history of their businesses and plans for their future. In her spare time, Makowski is heavily involved with the Lungevity Foundation, which raises funds for lung cancer research and awareness. You can usually find her in a boat fishing in her free time. She frequents Los Angeles and Boston to visit friends and loves to relax at her family’s lake home near the Poconos. Traveling is a source for inspiration for her and she is happy to have a new destination to visit whenever possible.
