Carneros Resort and Spa recently revealed new family programming just in time for summer. The Napa Valley property sits on 28 acres and features 100 standalone cottages and multibedroom homes throughout 16 uniquely named neighborhoods, giving guests a home-away-from-home vacation experience.
Neighborhood Buy Out
For the first time, the resort allows guests to buy out an entire neighborhood for the ultimate block party. Perfect for large groups of family and friends, the exclusive offer accommodates up to 20 guests. Relax in the private Sparrow neighborhood and enjoy nightly live music, picnics courtesy of the property’s executive chef, movie screenings and game nights. A $500 nightly credit also comes with the offer. Rates start at $15,000.
Palate Play picnic
While kids can’t experience Napa Valley’s wine offerings, the resort still gives them an opportunity to experiment with tastes and smells with its Palate Play program. Families pick up a picnic of gourmet snacks and kid-friendly treats, including a cookies and milk pairing and cocoa and marshmallow tasting before heading out to the resort’s partner winery, Bouchaine Vineyards. Parents can enjoy a wine tasting while the kids test their palates with the picnic pairings.
In addition to these offers, the resort hosts numerous family-friendly activities and events. Take advantage of complimentary kids’ yoga classes, a dedicated family pool, bocce ball courts and family-friendly meals and snacks from the resort’s restaurant and market. Visit the website for more information and to book.
