On Dec. 17, Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows revealed a brand-new addition. The new Island Tower offers family travelers even more room layouts to choose from, as well as a new pool area, restaurant and spot to watch Magic Kingdom fireworks.

With sustainability at the forefront of this new structure, The Island Tower even pays homage to Moana and Moana 2 with a three-story mural. In fact, the new tower also boasts a fun splash site, Moana’s Voyage splash area, for kids to soak up more fun in the water.

The new tower features duo studios, deluxe studios, and one- and two-bedroom villas. Duo studios are ideal for two guests and a child under 3, while deluxe studios are a smaller version of the existing 360 studios on the property, sleeping up to four plus an infant. The villas, meanwhile, can hold between five and nine guests with an infant, and come with a full kitchen and dining areas, private patios, washer and dryer, and more.

Guests of the tower have access to four new terrace gardens, each of a different theme and each offering unbeatable fireworks show views. In the lobby, Wailulu Bar & Grill serves up dishes inspired by Guam, Easter Island and Hawai’i, such as poke bowls.
