With cooler weather and fall colors on its way, it’s time to plan your fall family travels. Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort PA Wilds in Mansfield is the perfect destination, and with both scary and not-so-scary events, kids and parents alike can celebrate the festive season with trick-or-treating, fall crafts, fun with the Yogi Bear characters and more.
This year’s fun includes a haunted trail with ghosts, ghouls and goblins who are even more frightening after dark. Younger guests, as well as older ones who scare easily, can visit the trail during the day for a less terrifying experience.

Weekends (Sept. 29–Oct. 13): Halloween Celebrations
Start the weekend off with planting magic pumpkin seeds on Friday night. Saturday, spend the day picking magic pumpkins, participating in a costume contest, decorating the witch house, safe trick-or-treating, exploring the haunted trail maze and warming up around the traditional witch’s house bonfire.
Fallfest/October Fest
Between Oct. 20 and 22, Fallfest/Octoberfest hits the scene. Check the park website for updates on events. On closing weekend, Oct. 27–29, guests can help the bears get ready for winter hibernation!
Families not staying on the campground can still join in on the fun by purchasing day passes for Saturday visits.
