Sometimes the definition of budget can mean getting a deal on something expensive, and the new fifth-night-free promotion at Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos
is a case in point.
Guests who book four nights in a private villa at the regular rate will receive a fifth night free through April 30.
The villas may put a dent in your wallet — rates start at $2,950 per night for a private three-bedroom ocean-view villa with its own swimming pool and private beach access — but for families with a little extra time, the free fifth night offers a correspondingly hefty discount.
In addition, guests can also pick a free big-ticket activity from the Big Blue Collective
during their stay, representing an added value of $700. The choice of activities includes kite lessons of up to three hours, which can be split among three people; a Caicos Cays Cruise for three; a Snorkel Eco Tour for three; a Kayak Eco Tour, also for three; and a SUP Eco Tour for up to four guests. These deals apply to guests joining a group tour.
The reason the tours are on the pricey side? Big Blue Collective made a name for itself on Turks and Caicos for its collection of original, educational, entertaining activities, including eco-tours and eco-adventures via snorkeling, free-diving, scuba diving, kite boarding, private boat and yacht charters and whale watching, just to name a few — all blending adventure and fun throughout the islands both above and below the waterline. The company prides itself on using topline gear and highly rated guides, and made a commitment to respect the local environment.
Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos’ collection of posh private villas offers guests a blend of the private villa residence experience with the facilities and amenities of a 5-star resort.
No two locations are identical; all villas boast their own look and personality, but there are some consistencies. All of the properties in the Beach Enclave collection range three–seven bedrooms, for example, and feature a private beach area in addition to a private pool, indoor/outdoor living areas and two master suites.
All villas are serviced by a dedicated private butler, the option of a private chef and the services of a concierge and resort staff.
The Beach Enclave Long Bay is especially suited for families, particularly for those who like water sports. Guests can literally walk outside their villa and step right onto the beach. The waters here are shallow, the sand isn’t rocky, and the waves are safe for children to wade, play and swim in.
Beach Enclave North Shore, on the other hand, is elevated above the beach and offers sweeping views, easy beach access down a few steps and a secluded beach experience. It is also the location of the property’s Bluff Bar.
Meanwhile, the Beach Enclave Grace Bay, opening in November, will feature 10 beachfront and oceanview villas on 10 acres of manicured and native gardens situated on one of the island’s top-rated beaches.

Jan 8, 2026What is a Salvaged Stay and How to Plan One
Salvaged stays are an emerging trend in travel that let family travelers enjoy a unique way to experience a destination. Rather than staying in a destination’s big-ticket resort hotel or a cookie-cutter vacation rental, travelers look to the world’s repurposed properties, like abandoned mills and defunct train stations-turned-hotels that have found new life. These renovated properties are a lesson in sustainability and give families a chance to discover a unique view of the history of a destination.
