In fact, the property is going all out to attract families by offering a complimentary Zando’s Kids Program through Dec. 19. The club, designed for kids aged 4 to 12, offers cultural classes, storytelling and a menu of free activities. For example, children are entertained with coconut bowling, Caribbean dance classes, flower and leaf art, shell painting, salt coloring and lessons in making carnival masks, flags and treasure maps. Young guests can even learn to make shak-shaks, a kind of local musical instrument.

The offer can be combined with the All-IncLUCIAN on-property dining experience, an all-inclusive meal plan featuring daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages. While children are entertained, parents can indulge in an indigenous Amerindian spa treatment  — based on traditions of the original local inhabitants — at Spa Village, where you can also work out at the state-of-the-art fitness center. The whole family can participate in a full-day hiking adventure to 2,619 feet above sea level that also includes snorkeling and a picnic, or opt for a zip line and aerial tram ride to see the sights from above.
