Grace Bay Resorts also rolls out a list of culinary experiences and lineups. In June 2023, Grace Bay Club’s oceanfront Infiniti Restaurant & Raw Bar launches a pop-up, featuring award-winning Texas sushi institution Uchi, managed by James Beard Award-winning chef, and one of few American sushi masters, Chef Tyson Cole.
