Celebrate the holiday season with family travel to Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa in Texas Hill Country. Set on 405 acres along the Colorado River, this resort features a range of holiday programming for the entire family.
Festive season starts with Thanksgiving week celebrations. Kick off Thanksgiving Day with a Turkey Trot 5K fun run around the scenic property grounds at 8 a.m. Starting at 8:30 a.m., the resort hosts a viewing party for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, complete with complimentary coffee and pastries.
Thanksgiving wouldn’t be complete without a fabulous feast! The property’s grand ballroom hosts a Thanksgiving buffet, 12–6 p.m. On Nov. 29, the property hosts a tree-lighting ceremony accompanied by festive music and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Special activities take place throughout December. Visit McDade’s Christmas Shop for holiday shopping. Take part in holiday crafts and activities at Santa’s Workshop, Nov. 30–Dec. 25. Santa and Mrs. Claus are around for breakfast each Sunday in December, story time on Christmas Eve and a meet-and-greet on Christmas Day.
Imbibe seasonal cocktails at Maude’s Bar and Terrace throughout the month. Enjoy a hearty meal on Christmas Day. Served 2–8 p.m., the menu includes lobster bisque, beef wellington, glazed ham, assorted seafood and more. Ring in 2025 with fireworks and a grand buffet on New Year’s Eve.
“We’re excited to welcome both guests and locals alike to celebrate this special season with us, continuing our longstanding tradition of being a festive gathering spot for the community,” said Irby Morvant, general manager, Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa. “With more festive offerings this year than ever before, our goal is to bring people together and create truly memorable moments for families and friends.”
