The resort’s annual Christmas in the Country programming kicks off Nov. 24 with the 30th annual Illumination Ceremony, featuring 2 million twinkling lights, 70 holiday light displays and 66 indoor trees. The event also includes photos with Santa, activities for kids, festive treats and raffles.

Can’t make it to the display lighting? Book a ride on the Trolley Tour of Lights. The enclosed trolley takes guests through the resort’s stunning light displays. The tour is complimentary for resort guests. Reserve a private igloo at Grand Geneva’s Embers Terrace for festive food and drinks. Igloos accommodate up to six guests for a 90-minute reservation.
Enjoy brunch with Santa on select dates in November and December. Other program highlights include skiing with Santa, a gingerbread house walk, holiday movie nights, ornament painting, gingerbread-house decorating and more.
