Multigenerational

Through Oct. 15, Key West Attractions Association spearheads the Kids Free Florida Keys program, offering free admission and opportunities for children age 12 and younger. Parents, grandparents, extended families and their kiddos can explore Florida Keys attractions, tours, watersports and more with this value-added program.

Families should visit KidsFreeFloridaKeys.com and download coupons to visit nature-themed and historic attractions, restaurant perks and enjoyable water activities. The website links to participating businesses and provides more information about their offerings. Each child must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.

Participating attractions include Key West Shipwreck Treasure Museum, Conch Tour Train, Key West Aquarium, Old Town Trolley Tours, Key West Butterfly & Nature Conservatory, Custom House Museum, Key West Lighthouse & Keeper’s Quarters, Sails to Rails Museum, Fort East Martello Museum, Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden and Harry S. Truman Little White House.

Kids also enjoy free meals at Hard Rock Café, and watersports activities, like snorkeling and sunset sails, with Fury Water Adventures. In the Middle and Upper Keys, offerings for kids include free general admission to Dolphin Research Center and free paddleboard experiences at Otherside Boardsports.

Celebrate Women’s History Month in Auburn, New York

Best of Both Worlds

Enjoy the best of both worlds when you fly with TAP Air Portugal thanks to the Portugal Stopover program. With the program, TAP passengers, whether traveling for business, leisure or both, can stop in Portugal for up to 10 days at no additional airfare on the way to their final destination. What does this mean for travelers wishing to explore by both land and sea? It means after flying to Portugal with TAP and experiencing the country in an entirely new way, travelers can then embark on scenic river and ocean cruises from  Portugal’s port cities, or fly with TAP to another European destination.

Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center is often overlooked by family travelers as it doesn’t actually encompass a museum building. Instead, the organization appears through community efforts and exhibitions at other museums.
