Got your costumes lined up for this Halloween? If you’re in New York, head to Luna Park in Coney Island, where the much-anticipated annual Halloween Harvest is underway. Through Oct. 29, kids can enjoy a wide selection of activities such as balloon twisting, trick-or-treating and tractor racing. There’s also a pumpkin-decorating station and a pumpkin patch to explore. Spooky decorations are a given, along with seasonal treats that include Purple & Orange Halloween-themed cotton candy, pumpkin-spiced gelato, pumpkin-spiced fried Oreos, spooky churros and pumpkin-spiced funnel cake.
And, the fun doesn’t stop after Halloween is over — next up is the park’s very first Frost Fest at Luna Park. It kicks off on Nov. 18.
“Nothing beats autumn in New York and Halloween Harvest at Luna Park each year, a cherished tradition offering visitors the chance to create memories with family and friends that will last a lifetime,” said Alessandro Zamperla, president and CEO, Central Amusement International Inc. “We are excited to announce our first annual Frost Fest at Luna Park, extending our offerings throughout the winter months and inviting our neighbors near and far to partake in holiday activities fun for the whole family.”
Frost Fest highlights include a skating rink, rides and attractions, photo opportunities with Santa, holiday shopping and plenty of bright lights and holiday décor.
