‘Tis the season! The Fifty Sonesta Hotel New York recently introduced its the Merry & Bright Holiday Suite, a winter wonderland in partnership with National Tree Company and designed by production designer and stylist Cassia Maher. Family travelers can book the one-bedroom suite offering a 1990s-inspired holiday experience, including three private terraces also adorned with holiday décor.

Holiday trimmings include multiple artificial trees, twinkling lights, wreaths, ornaments and tinsel. Stockings hang by the fireplace, alongside giant candy canes, festive linens and throw pillows, and gift boxes. Enjoy a blast from the past with a vintage TV and VHS player stocked with 90s holiday classics like Home Alone. A provided Polaroid helps capture moments in the suite.

In the room, holiday treats on offer include Swiss Miss hot cocoa; a Royal Dansk cookie tin; and a 90s-inspired welcome amenity with Push Pops, Pop Rocks, Fruit Roll-Ups and more.
