Oklahoma City’s newest tourist attraction, OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark, recently announced it is now accepting reservations for family travel starting April 1, 2025. The attraction — with 404 guestrooms and suites, culinary concepts, retail shops, a family entertainment center, an indoor waterpark and a 4.5-acre outdoor adventure lagoon — is developed in collaboration with Chickasaw Nation.
“OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark has been designed to complement First Americans Museum’s focus on culture as well as to connect visitors to other entertainment experiences along this established and vibrant part of the Oklahoma River,” said Chickasaw Nation Governor Bill Anoatubby. “It is our vision that the OKANA Resort and the Horizons District will become a destination and a hub for visitors from not only our region, but across North America and around the world.”

Indoor and outdoor water attractions offer year-round fun, with the 100,000-square-foot indoor waterpark the largest in the region. Offerings include a wave pool, lazy river, luxury cabanas, adult-only pool, kiddie pool and 15 water slides. At the 4.5-acre outdoor adventure lagoon, find plunge pool body slide, an inflatable obstacle course, an adult-only swim-up bar and tanning pool, and the “fly” pool.
“It has been an honor to be a part of this journey of bringing OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark to Oklahoma City,” shared Ken Leone, managing director, OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark. “From exhilarating water adventures to world-class dining and entertainment, OKANA is set to become a premier destination for families and travelers. We’re proud to invite guests to book their stay and build the excitement for spring 2025.”
There’s so much more to see, do and enjoy at OKANA, from entertainment options and event spaces to the guestrooms and food and beverage outlets.
