Travel South Dakota invites family travelers to embark on a unique journey through the heart of the Old West from the comfort of their home with the debut of Into the Roundup. This five-episode video series, filmed in collaboration with Custer State Park, highlights the state’s Western heritage.

The series showcases the annual Custer State Park Buffalo Roundup, celebrating its 60th anniversary. It also gives an inside look to Western culture and preservation efforts protecting one of North America’s most iconic animals, the American bison. Additionally, the series offers a rare look at South Dakota’s one-of-a-kind traditions.
