Simply boil tube-shaped pasta, like garganelli, cellentani, rigatoni or penne, in salted water per the box instructions. Drain and add to large mixing bowl. Lightly coat with olive oil and sprinkle on desired seasonings. Popular options include garlic powder and Parmesan, everything seasoning, salt and pepper, or powdered ranch.
Place a single layer of the cooked, seasoned noodles into an air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. At the five-minute mark, toss the noodles to ensure equal cooking time on all pieces. Continue cooking for the remaining five minutes. Pasta should be golden brown and crispy. If your batch is not crispy, air fry for an additional three minutes.
Snack on these as is or pair them with your favorite dip.
