This 73-room boutique hotel is housed in a six-story historic apartment building in Richmond, Virginia. The hotel is expected to open in June.
Hotel Burg is the first hotel to open in Leesburg, Virginia’s, historic district in 60 years. Slated to debut this summer, this property will feature 39 guestrooms, seven suites, a private speakeasy, rooftop lounge and 70-seat restaurant.
This hotel marks Virginia’s first JW Marriott property. Opening this summer, the striking, 28-story hotel is conveniently located near the Metro’s Silver Line.
Three Hills Historic Estate & Spa
Located in the former residence of novelist Mary Johnston, this 64-room boutique hotel is currently undergoing renovations in anticipation of a summer debut. The property’s spa is expected to open in the fall.
The Birdwood Mansion in Charlottesville, Virginia, is undergoing a renovation to its historic property, with an expected opening by fall.
The 30-room Hotel Fauna will debut in the historic Bedford Middle School building in Bedford, Virginia, this fall.
Virginia Guesthouse
Perfect for college visits, Virginia Guesthouse is coming to the University of Virginia grounds in late 2025. This hotel and conference center will be home to 217 guestrooms and about 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
Dear John
This historic former residence of Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist Ellen Glasgow will be transformed into a 12-guestroom boutique property in Richmond, Virginia, in late 2025.
