Billings’ culinary scene is booming. Nick Steen Guillings, chef and owner, Walkers Grill, was a 2024 James Beard Award Semifinalist for Best Chef: Mountain. Veronika’s Pastry Shop is home to 2023 James Beard Award Semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef, Veronika Gerasimova. The shop specializes in a rotating selection of French, Russian and Eastern European pastries. The Marble Table features seasonal, elevated comfort food. The restaurant was a recent James Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Restaurant.
