Although we can’t attend MLB baseball games this year, we can still start planning a trip for next season. Begin your search with these top ballparks:

Chase Field

Home to the Arizona Diamondbacks, Chase Field is known for its swimming pool, retractable roof and air conditioning. Arizona can get pretty hot during the baseball season so these features make it the perfect place to cool off while enjoying some baseball.

PNC Park

In a prime location along the Allegheny River in Pennsylvania, the ballpark provides baseball with a view; enjoy breathtaking views of Pittsburgh’s skyline, Roberto Clemente Bridge and the river. The stadium opened in 2001 and is home to the Pittsburgh Pirates. PNC Park is constantly changing to keep with the times, but remains true to its history of memorable experiences for fans.

Wrigley Field

Chicago’s Wrigley Field, home to the Chicago Cubs, is the second-oldest ballpark in the majors. The stadium offers something for all types of baseball fans, including private clubs, parties and suites for high rollers; grandstand seating close to the action for super fans; and outfield bleachers for fans more interested in the social scene. Even if you don’t have time to catch a game or are visiting in the off-season, it’s still worth it to drive by or to take a stadium tour.

Citizens Bank Park

As a life-long Philadelphia Phillies fan, I may be a little biased, but I love going to summertime games at Citizens Bank Park. The Phillie Phanatic pumps up the crowd multiple times throughout the game, providing an electric atmosphere for fans and players. Enjoy traditional and delicious Philadelphia food like cheesesteaks from Tony Luke’s, crab fries from Chickie & Pete’s and water ice from Philadelphia Water Ice. If the kids get antsy, head over to The Yard, an interactive baseball experience.

Fenway Park

Boston’s Fenway park, home to the Boston Red Sox, comes with a lot of history. Sit back and enjoy a baseball game at the most beloved and oldest ballpark in America. The stadium’s old-time charm remains much like it did when it first opened in 1912. Sit perched atop the field in the Green Monster seating or enjoy access to delicious food while sitting in centerfield.
